What is Direct Tax?
Direct tax means government or Tax department collect tax directly from you.
for eg: If your salaried employee means every month 200Rs professional tax you should pay to the government(>15000Rs Monthly Salary)
or you should pay certain amount of TDS on salary every month to the tax department.
or you should pay income tax on salary and other than salary in every year end.
these are all directly collected from you or your are paying directly to the tax department so its called direct tax.

What is Indirect Tax?
Indirect tax means tax is collected from you not directly i.e, your not paying tax directly to the government but indirectly your paying taxes on the particular things.

for eg: If you go to any shop you will buy something after that you will get bill for that,if you see that bill there will mention the actual value of goods + taxes or MRP(Including all taxes-tax is already included in that) at this time your paying total amount(goods value+taxes) to the shopkeeper.
That means your paying tax not to the tax department directly but to shopkeeper so he will pay to the government instead of you.

How to File TDS with Java RPU Offline tool?(Both original and corrections)

Payment of TDS take place on or before 7th of every subsequent month, for eg: January month TDS should pay before 7th February. Filing of TDS takes place every quarter end. If you file after the due date then you have to pay the fee of Rs.200/-per day. If you delay in monthly payment then you have to pay Fee+Interest. So that file at least with one challan to avoid the heavy penalty within due date and later you can correct it through offline or online by using TDS Trace portal.
